Discreet by Default
Every single order we ship leaves our warehouse in plain, unmarked packaging. No logos. No product names. No indication of contents whatsoever. The outer box or mailer is completely neutral. This is not optional — it's how we ship everything, always.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping Times
Canada (Standard): 5–9 business days
Canada (Express): 2–3 business days
United States (Standard): 7–14 business days
International (Standard): 10–21 business days
These are estimates. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or factors outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders — the current threshold is shown in your cart.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your order is dispatched.
Customs & International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Please note: we cannot ship to Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, or other jurisdictions where the import of adult products is prohibited by law. If you have questions about your country, contact us before placing an order.
Customs Declaration
We are required by law to accurately declare the contents and value of all international shipments on customs forms. We cannot mark shipments as 'gift' or declare a false value. The customs description used is neutral and non-descriptive.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@shopyourlust.com with your order number. We'll investigate and resolve it as quickly as possible.
