Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours. Standard shipping typically takes 5–9 business days within Canada and 7–14 business days internationally. Express options are available at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that some regions have restrictions on adult products — we cannot ship to Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, or select other jurisdictions where import of these products is prohibited. If you're unsure about your country, contact us before ordering.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders — check the cart for current thresholds.
Discretion & Privacy
Will the packaging reveal what's inside?
Never. Every order ships in a plain, unmarked box or padded envelope with no logos, no product names, and no indication of contents. The return address uses a neutral name. Your postman will have no idea.
What will appear on my bank statement?
Your billing statement will show a neutral descriptor — not ShopYourLust or any reference to adult products. Total discretion from cart to statement.
Is my personal data safe?
Absolutely. We never sell, share, or trade your personal information. Your order history, email, and payment details are stored securely and used only to process your order. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Products
Are your products body-safe?
Yes. We only carry products made from body-safe materials: medical-grade silicone, ABS plastic, borosilicate glass, and stainless steel. We do not stock PVC, jelly rubber, or porous materials.
How do I care for my products?
Most silicone products can be cleaned with warm water and mild soap, or a dedicated toy cleaner. Non-motorised silicone, glass, and stainless steel items can be boiled or run through a dishwasher (top rack, no soap) for a deeper clean. Always check the product instructions for specifics.
What if my product is faulty?
If your product arrives damaged or stops working within the warranty period, contact us at hello@shopyourlust.com. We'll sort it out quickly and discreetly.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return a product?
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
How do I request a refund?
Email hello@shopyourlust.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We respond within 24–48 hours on business days.
